KASTELIR-STONE HOUSE FOR LONG-TERM RENT

I am renting a stone house on three floors in Kaštelir for at least one year.
The house consists of a porch, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor, a living room on the 1st floor and a terrace, the living room can be used as a bedroom, and the bedrooms are in the high attic. In front of the house is a shed for wood and a yard for parking. and there is also a garden behind the house.
The monthly rent is 650 eur + utilities.
When signing the lease agreement, 6 monthly installments must be paid in advance.
