Villa Ema

Villa Ema is a combination of an old stone house and modern furnishing. The house is located in Tar, a village situated halfway between Novigrad and Poreč, only 2.5 km from the beach. The original walls of the house date back in early 20th century and the house was completely renovated and furnished in 2016. Located on its own fully enclosed grounds, Villa Ema offers an outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2, sun loungers and parasols, barbecue, dining table and a parking lot.

The Villa for 8, with a total area of 230 m2, consists of two fully air-conditioned floors. Apart from the classic air conditioning, the entire house has underfloor heating and cooling. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and access to the swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, storage / laundry, a double bedroom with terrace and a satellite TV, shower / toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a twin room, a satellite TV, private bathroom / toilet and access to a shared balcony, a double bedroom with a "walk-in" closet, a satellite TV access to the afore mentioned balcony, a twin room with a satellite TV, and a shower / toilet in the hallway.
